Thanks to our presence in the market since 1993 and by virtue of our grown and nurtured contacts with institutional and private portfolio holders, liquidators, service providers and colleagues, the real estate investments we acquire largely concern offers which are unknown to the broader market. These so-called off-market deals make up a significant portion of the real estate investments arranged through us.
The economic opportunities and risks associated with real estate arise from complex interrelationships.
